We are proud to offer a one year family satisfaction guarantee.  You have one full year from the date of purchase to exchange any of our dresses or suits to which your families have not responded.*  Our guarantee gives your firm confidence in offering new styles and colors without the concern of being "stuck" with something that may not work for your families.

As easy as 1, 2, 3!

1)  After calling us, simply place the item(s) in a box for shipping.  No need to label or address the box, the Call Tag we issue includes all of our shipping information.
2)  UPS will come to your location in 2 to 5 business days to pick up the box(es).  (We even pay the shipping to get the item(s) back to us!)
3)  When we receive the item(s), we will apply a credit to your account for 100% of the purchase price.  (You are not credited the initial shipping charges.)
